HERE ARE SOME FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Q:Will you cater an event in New York City ?
A:We will travel to wherever our services are needed and will inform you of all additional expences well in advance. To work in NYC we would require hotel rooms for our staff, travel time and transportion costs. This may still be less expensive than working with some caterers in your area. We have done many events Internationally.
Q:Do you do Kosher events ?
A:Although we are not set up to do Kosher events we can do Kosher style.
Q:Where do you get your service staff?
A:Most of my staff are business professionals and do catering as a side line, many have been doing so for years. My service staff are either close personal friends or referrals. I find that they are far more enthusiastic than most professional catering waiters.
All of my staff members are American citizens and speak fluent English.
Q:Will you do vegan or vegetarian meals ?
A:Yes, absolutely to both questions. We have a varied repertiore of vegan and vegetarian recipes.
Q:Do you use organic products?
A:Wherever possible we CHOOSE to use organic products, produce and meats from local farmers.
Q:Do you buy in bulk?
A:Absolutely not...we hand pick all products used for events.
Q:We would like to provide our own beverages, can you advise us on wines to go with your meal and quantities?
A:Absolutely...we are happy to help you customize a bar for your event.
Q:We would like to use your services for the food but would like to add some of our own foods, may we?
A:Although we would like to accommodate wherever possible, this is an area where I must say no, as we are liable for
what we produce.
